Always up to date with our Software Assurance

If you initially purchase Xpert-Timer Pro, you have to purchase the Software Assurance "Premium" for at least one year. The term of one year starts from the 1st of the following month based on the date of purchase. The package cost is 25% of the license value. We calculate with 15% for all bug fixes, updates within the current major release,  5% for upgrading to a new major major release and 5% for support. 

The Premium Plus package contains:

• 12 months of product updates. For example, from version 6.0 to version 6.1.
• 12 months product upgrades. For example: Upgrade from version 5 to version 6
• Free email support. Expect an answer within 48 hours on weekdays from Mon. - Fri. to service@xperttimer.de

Support includes support for technical issues with Xpert-Timer (e.g. installation). Product training and advice is only included for 30 minutes. Support packages can be booked for these services. Provided support (greater than 15 minutes), which proves to be an operating error will be charged or credited to the telephone support package.

Product advice :

• 15 minutes package: 30, - EUR plus VAT.
• 30 minutes package: 60, - EUR plus VAT.
• 60 minutes package: 100, - EUR plus VAT.
• Support via remote access: 80, - EUR plus VAT / hour

The term for the software assurance is always calculated continuously. An interruption of the software assurance period is not possible. If you extend after the software maintenance expiration date, the period will be calculated retrospectively. The minimum amount for the premium package is 20.00 EUR plus VAT. Our Software Assurance is not a subscription. Termination is not required. It will automatically run out if you don't extend it.
